Very Good Impression but CTR is very bad...please Help

Hello, Hope every one fine, It has been three days I am struggling with my adsense ad position, I don't know how to deal this problem, I have almost 6000 impression but ctr is bellow 1, tatal 80 % visitor are are mobile user, may this is the main reason why I am not getting enough click. when try to see my site in mobile, my ads look disgusting, I don't know what to do to solve this problem. please help me here, give an idea the way i can improve my ctr from both mobile and desktop, one important thing what is the best wordpress plugin to use adsense adds. I hope someone will help me, thanks in advance.

    Is your website mobile optimized? Test your headlines, call to actions, try changing template, images, colors, etc... Put yourself in your customer's position.. What would catch your attention and implement it on your website.
