Pissed Off: Facebook Ads not Running

Hi, all. I'm really frustrated: I set up a facebook campaign a few weeks ago and everything went just fine. I tried setting up more ad groups and a new campaign and suddenly my ads are not being run. I'm paying the suggested CPC and everything has been approved, but I'm not getting any impressions.

Apparently this has been known to happen. Does anyone know what to do about it? Writing facebook support has not been helpful and their reply took 3 days on top of that!

    I have the same problem as well; my ads never ran. I simply targeted Males 21-45 in the US with a college education or higher. The suggested minimum bid is $3.54

    Start letting facebook optimize your bids, first.

    Give it a really small daily budget, at first (like $5 a day) and let it "slow cook" for 24-48 hours.

    By them, it should have given you a Relevance Score.

    If it is 9 or 10, then you start scaling up (as long as it's converting, of course) - your costs per impression will go way down.

    That way you get to show your ads, and you get to test faster, instead of getting frustrated for not showing the ads.
