Hi,

I'm marketing romance fiction on Amazon. What would be the best way to spend a budget of $6k per month to get the maximum number of clicks through to my Amazon product page?

So far I've been using Facebook and average about $0.25 per click. I'd love to do better.

Thank you.

I just don't know much about advertising. I'm a writer.

What are you saying, I shouldn't worry about the cpc of the ads or I shouldn't be using Facebook?

The books are cheap. Between 99 cents and 3.99.

$6k a month for advertising a single book is awesome. If I had that much to drop on one thing that book would be plastered EVERYWHERE.

Facebook is good, but that's the tip of the iceberg.

You could pay an SEO from here or oDesk or wherever a fraction of that $6k and get your book in everyone's face.

ALSO you need to think about your ROI. Let's go with the $.99 book. With Amazon taking their cut and giving you only about 60% royalties, you'll need to sell well over a 6000 books per month to break even with your ad budget of $6k. Do you think that's feasible?

If I were you I would cap my monthly ad budget to $1000 and invest the $5k in a Roth IRA, gold, silver or something that can also make you money in the long run.

$1000/month will get your book out there for sure. Talk to WF users like Yukon or Mike Friedman. Search their names. They can probably help you out.

Are those the products you want to sell? You have a budget of $6000 per month is this correct? What do you want to accomplish with this money? Do you have a goal? You need to ask the right question!

You may use google ad words. then you can get higher nr. of clicks. Better conversion and my reduce your budge just half.
