Hi, My product about "School Management Software" how can select my target audience on Facebook ads,

My target is school principal school owner school managers

But i cant see in facebook directly, Please help me how can find my filter my target audience.

    Why would you use Facebook to target school principals?

    Just contact them directly.

    Try adding job titles inside of more demographics and search for education related people in there...

    If using Facebook, just target education, make your ads super targeted to them...

    2nd easy option, call or get list of key person, send offer in direct mail and then can follow up via phone and direct mail.

    Select education then do some research on how to drill down to a particular area.

    Why not try LinkedIn where you literally can target by Job Title? That may be a much better bet for you.. (although just a warning, their CPMs/CPCs are really high)
