I am new to this community so I am not sure if I came to the right place to post this question but if I am wrong just let me know I'll delete the thread.

I been doing CPA and its very suffocating... anyways I am not here pour out my story so I'll get to the point. To start off I am low budget

I am doing PPC + CPA offer and it seems like I am getting clicks
My Click through rate is not that bad but I am getting 0 conversions...
I am terrible at landing pages so I prefer to do direct linking...

I try to keep my ads CTR at least over 2 digit by consistently adding new copy ads and long tail keywords to reduce cost.

My offer is free trial I don't understand how out of 84 people who click through my ads would not go through the free trial? Is this common? It's free and low risk... I just don't understand how not a single person will be converted.

I need some insight on what to do....

Anyone?

Here's my 2 cents, take it for what its worth.

Direct linking is NEVER a good idea (in the long run, maybe ok for testing purposes)

Secondly, you are new so I imagine that you are using "broad" type keywords which is pulling a bunch of irrelevant traffic. You need to see which search term people are clicking on not what keyword.

    Goodluck

Yes I do both direct and broad because broad is bit cheaper...
I try to keep my keywords long and targetted...

Hmm, I do know direct linking is not a good idea for long run but since I need some cash to hire someone else to do landing page and such I wanted to try direct linking first...

Is direct linking really impossible to make money with?

Did you ask your affiliate manager if this offer is proven and if it is working with bing ads?

Don't know what yours ads look like or keywords, but most likely it comes down to your keywords chosen and the targeting. There's tons of factors, but most likely would look at your offers and keywords again and go deeper.

As far as the landing page, would highly suggest getting software or do one so you can funnel leads and clicks through you 1st for follow up later on affiliate and or other offers (follow up with value and entertainment to boost follow ups).

hey there here is my 2 cents and some help:-

    1. Even for free trial offers its sometimes necessary to "pre warm" your visitor. Don't direct link like everyone else does, yes money can be made that way but do something different and stand out. See what you can find from the offer (types of landing pages etc.)
    2. I have found on bing you need to be super relevant and highly targeted. What niche are you promoting? Not all niches will convert. Also there is a lot to setting up the right setting for your campaigns, go to alexa or quancast and find out key information about your target audience.
    3. test and fail then test again, you will succeed but fail first and identify what has gone wrong.
    Hope that helps!

Okay I can try to pre-warm my audiance but does sub domains(like free weebly) still works the same as website? (sorry again low budget)
Just asking if you know the difference of effectiveness

84 clicks isn't many. Even people who are pre-selling using landing pages can quite easily have 84 clicks without a sale.

Have you clicked the Dimensions tab in Bing ads to see what search terms people are searching? As you are bidding on Broad match, you might be getting irrelevant searches, such as people searching for general information on the niche. As Broad match doesn't even have to include the keywords in the same order-

You might want to start with Exact and Phrase match only, then add Broad match once you've made an ROI to increase traffic. This way, you reduce your ad spend from the outset and get traffic which is more likely to be closely related to your CPA offer.

  • To check what they are searching and clicking on, head over to keywords and select them all, or just the ones that got clicks then click on details and search terms.

Make sure what they are searching is relevant to the offer.

If you're direct linking to a free trial and they're not taking it, there's a disconnect somewhere. Could be your keywords, could be your ad copy, could be the landing page you send them to.

Your own landing page is always better because you can grab their email first, THEN send them to the free offer right away all the while warming them up for it.
