PPC Landing Page Expert Needed

I don't think you need an expert, and a landing page really isn't classified by PPC..

You should have a landing page for any source of traffic, and it should be relevant to the type of traffic you are promoting to and the offer you are promoting.

Trust me, you don't want to hire someone. This is a skill that can easily be learned by testing and retesting and figuring it out. And once you have that skill, you'll be glad you didn't hire someone. The money you spend paying someone could go to the traffic you need in your campaign.

There are many different services like Leadpages and Instapage that not only give you converting templates, but training on how to craft a page that converts well.

The main thing to remember is that PPC is just a method of getting traffic... you can use PPC to promote almost anything, so there's not PPC template. It's about understanding your target market, creating something relevant to your offer, and presenting it in a way that gives value and quality content. And that's going to mean something different depending on your offer and market.

Can you still do raw squeeze pages on Facebook (Title + optin box above the fold), or has it gone the way of Google/Bing where you must put heavy content on the page?

You can still do optins on facebook and if weren't aware, it gives multiple options for your goals on click like for clicks, conversions, signups etc...

By the way, you can still get around the optins with google and bing all day long, just need to do a few small things and one is...add that extra page to make it "appear" as a website. I been using direct to optins pages for myself and did hundreds of clients for google, bing and yahoo and never once got shut down.

Your other option is the old "bring to appears to be news or article" page with the optin on learning more and clicking on. That still works for all of them too because looks like or provides content as well.

If you are a newbie and want to get started with google adwords, then you need to have enough money to loose in the initial days before it can become profitable.

I have worked in many ppc networks, including 7 search, bing , adwords, looksmart etc....

I think you should ask this on website design.. this is conversion optimization on the landing page side, not so much to do with PPC if I understand your question correctly.
