Google, Bing and facebook are the most expensive PPC programs for the beginners.. If you are new to PPC, i would not suggest you to get started with any of the above mentioned networks.. Google and bing have the quality score, which could be challenging for the beginners to understand and play with it.

I would suggest, you should start working on 2nd tier PPC network like 7 search. Once u become comfortable with it, then you can try bing first.. then you should go to google.

While Google, Bing and Facebook might be "the most expensive PPC programs for the beginners" they also can be among the least expensive programs for beginners.

Those programs have no minimum ad spend requirements, very small minimum bids, and lots of targeted traffic for nearly every niche. Due to precise targeting of large user bases you can further reduce wasted ad dollars making those top tier networks among the least expensive to advertise on.

When you consider the cost of imprecisely targeted user segments, and other troubling issues that come with those 3rd tier networks you suggested, they hardly seem inexpensive. They might be some of the most expensive platforms you can burn your budget on.

I would go with FB ads and geo target your local area and use retargeting.

With PPC the best platform to use is Bing Ads as they are easier to comply with. make sure you don't use their bidding suggestion for a particular keyword. Like any business they are trying to make money, so their suggested bids are way too high.
