Adwords Remarketing to Yourtube watchers

Curious about something. Remarketing in Adwords. All my text remarketing is not allowed by google because I sell a medical product.
But google allows me to Remarketing to my Youtube watchers/channel. My Youtube videos are "how tos"- and according to youtube metrics its the perfect demographic watching them. (they did some sort of search for keywords The CPC is really low...compared to regular TEXT ads...
1. Has anyone seen success with remarketing your Youtube Videos?
2. What do you think of the bidding strategy of dropping the CPC to min - where they still show and then raising the daily spend - driving good traffic - as long as remarketing to my youtube channel is good traffic?
