    Hey there webtech,

If I'm understanding your post correctly, your ads are successfully bringing traffic to this website, but the website isn't generating sales.

If I were you, I would consider reviewing your keywords. Remember, the idea is to bring the correct people to your website, not as many as possible. This is a mistake I see often, and it wastes a lot of money. Also, are you split testing your campaigns? I would start, if not.

If you're convinced that your ads are, in fact, bringing the correct people to your website, consider the possibility that the website/landing page just isn't good enough, and your client needs to correct it.

    Cheers.

      Hey,

      1. Check for negative keywords.

      2. Split test your ads constantly to find the right message.

      3. Can your landing page convert the traffic?

      Good luck

Without knowing what your client is selling it is hard to know the right action to take.

If it is something that needs consideration and potentially may generate a sale later on I'd consider setting up a retargeting or remarking campaign to build the list of visitors that have come through the ads.

You can then test different ads on the remarketed visitors and see if that yields results.

Has the client got a landing page that converts to other traffic?

    Is the offer irresistible?

If both of the other conditions mentioned above are not met then there is no point in sending more traffic until you solve that problem.

    Hi,
You should check you keywords first and then test different ads on that,
If you don't break up your keywords into different ad groups, then you'll lump everything,so try by changing yourkeywords.

  • Keys to success with PPC advertising:

    1. Properly targeted keywords. Too generic and you'll get lower quality impressions leading to lower quality clicks.

    2. Compelling ads that will make people want to click and find out more on your landing page. The idea is to get as many quality clicks (the right people) as possible so keywords and ads work hand in hand.

    3. The ads are the carrots that get them to your landing page but it has to close the sale. It has to convince them your product is what they need and buy from you (an irresistible offer). If not, they just leave without ever returning. You could have a great PPC campaign but you still won't make money if your page basically says "nothing to see here folks".

  • Not a very attractive ad.
You can't put phone numbers in your ad, unless rules for India are different. There's something called call ad extensions to use for that.

    Hello there,

If you bring trafic, your ads for now is not your main problem. The problem are your keywords and your landing page.

To find the correct keyword if you cant come up with the answer, you can ask around what people would type to find what your client offers. It is a great way to start making a decent list of keywords that can convert.

If you are using broadmatch you must look every day at the exact keywords used to trigger your ads. Constantly you must remove the keyword that are not interesting for you or even better: transform your broad match into a more specific type like phrase or exact.

Also, did you setup correctly your geographic targeting ? You can use some great extension if you are working in the delivery business.

Can you show the landing page and website so that we can help you more ?

One last tip, if your conversion is decided by a client ordering trough a call, you must track calls. There is an option in adwords for using a specific tracking number on your website that just shows when visitors are coming from adwords.

i agree, your landing page makes or mares your conversion. what you have to offer visitors when they land on your website should also make them feel like they can not afford to pass up that opportunity.

  • This is simple! You need to review your search query report to see what keywords are triggering the clicks. You will also need to look at your match types of the keywords. For small businesses with limited budgets I would recommend you start your Adwords with exact match keywords only.

Are you sending traffic to a single landing page or are they going to one page then converting on another? If this is the case I would suggest you review your analytics data to see bounce rates per page.

Hope this helps! Feel free to contact us at ClicksToConversions.com We love this stuff.

200 clicks sounds normal. I think there is an issue with the landing page, maybe it has outdated design or maybe it is unclear for your costumers. You should send your link for 10 friends and ask if they can easily for example buy a product, ask them what was their expierences. You can even create a test about your landing page and ask some people to fill it. Also, consulting with pro web designer would also help. I believe here at Warriorforum there is many of them ready to help you out
