Do You Target Equal or Different CPA for Mobile Ads VS Desktop Ads?

I am in the Personal Development niche using PPC on Facebook and Adwords.

I have a question for those of you who are doing something similar:

Do you Target Equal, Lower or Higher CPA for Mobile Ads VS Desktop Ads?

Or do you target only for desktop ads and ignore using mobile ads altogether?

    Hi MindReality,

    Targeting a fixed CPA is the old way of managing your campaigns as a cost center. It is sure to make a profit, but usually does not maximize profits. To maximize profits you need to optimize CPAs and budgets, just like you would do with other metrics.

    Don't ignore mobile, because mobile is the bulk of all traffic now, and desktop share is shrinking daily.
