    I don't think Google, Bing or Facebook will allow to market such site on their network. They may suspend your site

    Animesh is right. You won't be able to promote your site with Google, Bing or Facebook PPC the way it is right now.

    You could try other good PPV networks like Trafficvance, LeadImpact and 50onRed.

    I'd recommend you at least add some legal/contact links at the footer of your site so that it looks more legitimate.

      • Your not pre selling the product.
      • Your hook is very weak
      • Your page set up is terrible, lack of content
      • You have no social proof or trust factor!!

    You have to make some improvements to your site, like Shaun said, you are not pre-selling, that's vital.
    What would make the users click on your offer?
    You need some content, what makes them trust you?
    Also, get rid of the "FREE" in the headline, that will make your life harder with some paid traffic sites like PPC, although the way it is right now it can work with PPV traffic, I recommend 50 on Red if you want to use it, it has a minimum $500 deposit (it's cheaper than LeadImpact and TrafficVance) and it works really well.
    Change the headline and make the user go "Oh boy, I really need this right now".
    The way it is right now you won't get much conversions.

    It is good way to promote Website by PPC. We supply ads in app. CPC and CPM both are available.

    1. Easy to start promotion: just supply 4 sizes ad pictures.
    2. Reasonable price for every click and impression.
    3. Several payment methods: Paypal, Wire transfer and Alipay.
    4. Ad format: banner ads and pop up ads.
