I currently have a squeeze page, an offer, and some emails for my autoresponder.

My question is now, what would you do to build a list in the female weight loss niche with a $500 a month budget?

How quick should I be able to build a decent size list?

    Hey mate, my advice to you (and what I'm doing right now).

    Run Youtube Trueview ads. They're very effective, and since the ad inventory is so open at the moment ,you can get clicks for around $.15 each, very targeted, or views to your YouTube video for like $.02

        True view ads are in stream ads. You only pay if an user watches the ad for 30seconds or more or even then engages with you before that duration. You can use a click to call to direct users to your squeeze page. There's quite a lot of things in it.

        Yes true view ads can be run from Adwords. You can get to know more from Adwords help Center. Just Google true view ads in adwords and it will help you learn everything.

        Yes you can create a video or a page. I think creating animated videos will cost you like $50-70. One suggestion use Fiverr to create videos.

        Yes as mentioned in the first part you can link to squeeze page by adding a call to action to the ad which can be a link.
