Creating AD in bidvertiser (Need Help)

Hello,

At the time of Creating Ad, at step 4 geo targeting section, i can't select more geo locations (means I can't select more locations).
Is it problem fro me ?
Is bidvertiser allows more than one country or I have to give ad for only one geo location?
