Hey guys I have been running a website that gets 6k-7k visitors per day, and it is growing quickly.
The site is in pregnancy/maternalty niche, and 90% of visitors are 25-40 years of old lady. 80% is organic search traffic on mobile device. The contents of site is performing well (bounce rate is at 16% only, and 2.24 pages/session)
The monetisation strategy includes Adsense, Amazon and Sovrn. It earns on average around $5 from Sovrn, $2 from Amazon and less than $10 from Adsense. The performance on pc is doing well, so let me introduce what I am doing on mobile devices. I put two 300*250 Adsense blocks and one below-title Adsense links unit on pages, and one Sovrn block at bottom. Adsense is obviously the first priority when it comes to monetisation. The Adsense Page RPM is only $1.4(mobile), $2.28(pc), $0.47(tablets) which is way below average.
I am not a novice. Actually, I had some small success with Adsense in the past 3 years ($40,000 last year while learning English and studying at uni). After testing a lot I feel kinda lost direction. I have also started two more authority site projects a few months ago, so I need to get back some confidence to keep doing them.
Any advice is appreciated.

You need to use all responsive codes as most ladies browse internet from mobile only. You'll definitely feel increase in revenue & CPC.

Actually I have tried using responsive Adsense codes a couple of months ago but the RPM was ever lower. Could'd not figure out why.

It may be an idea to try to get into high paying CPM networks such as Casale Media, Burst Media and Tribal Fusion.

I think Burstmedia pays more than Casale Media. I do not know much about Tribal fusion.

there are other good networks which pay per month deals.. you can get paid for the ad blocks regardless of impressions based on the niche target.

Yes that is the direction I would like to go to. But I assume that those networks are mostly good for big sites like 1m visitors/m, maybe I am wrong?

What kind of ad payment method you choose, CPM, CPC or any other? If you use Adsense, it would be paid by ad cilcks. How much can you get per click? For us, we get many impressions, but the click price is not so high. However, we can get more than you.

CPC is the most for me at the moment. $0.2-$0.3 is the average CPC. What kind of niche is your site in?

May I ask you what your Bouncerate is? If it's too high they are probably have different expectations of your website.
