1. What is required of bing ads to send traffic to a squeeze page?

Can it just be a standard squeeze page with a headline, few bullet points, disclaimer, privacy policy and that is it?

or do they require more to be accepted?

2. Is the same true for facebook ads? or do they require more?

    Facebook ads or more strict but you are right in you need legal pages in place. Bing or less strict and you can also link direct to affiliate offers but not on FB ads.
