How do you Forecast CPV for Youtube in Adwords?

Hey guys, question for you all.
With google adwords you can do forecasting for keywords in regards to clicks,cpc,ctr,ect. Can you do the same with Youtube CPV? I can't seem to find where in the adwords acocunt you can do this, if you even can. I am trying to do a mock youtube campaign but not sure what expectations I can assume if I can't do some general forecasting.
