So I'm currently generating kitchen and bath remodel leads for general contractors, and I do it through PPC and giving away a free buyers guide. Now from this Im getting a lot of emails however I want to get there phone numbers so I can call them. What would be a good follow up email to send to get them to agree to a call. Any suggestions on constructing a good consult offer email?

    Hi NeedLeads,

You may want to consider adding a phone number field to the original lead form.

For those that are already on you list, offer another lead magnet, (ebook, whitepaper, checklist, tip sheet, etc) and use a web form that has the phone as a required field.

      Hey,

Majority of the campaigns I manage we'll put the phone number on the form. If they are not willing to provide their phone number then we don't want to bother wasting our time.

      Good luck,

      Daniel

You can add a requirement in the contract or the form to fulfill by the contractors.
    It will be easy way.

    Hi NeedLeads,

Another idea to consider is getting prospects to call you, instead of, or in addition to, you calling them, in PPC platforms that offer it. For example, through call extensions (Adwords and Bing) or call only campaigns (Adwords).

You also want to think about the follow up process to drive them through your funnel and closer to sale. What type of follow up process do you have for those that supplied their emails? What information are you providing to familiarize them with the company, build trust and provide valuable tips or DIY warnings to push them to contact you?

As to your initial question, I'd agree others. Add the phone to the form to weed people out and add call extensions to your Google and Bing campaigns.

You can put this demand in the required fields of the form that the contractors must have to fulfill. You can put an * at "Phone Number" that shows that it is required for the submission of form. Otherwise, form will not be acceptable. You can get it by using Email services.
