Bing PPC As an Amazon Affiliate. How to Track?

I'm sending bing PPC traffic to my website which links to amazon products.
My problem is tracking conversions of sales. I haven't the slightest idea of how to track a particular click all the way to the completed sale. Once the person leaves my site, I'm dead in the water. I can track that they clicked the link and went to the product page, but I don't know if they actually bought. Just that they left.
Any guides/tips for how to set-up accurate tracking? I no longer want to be "throw as much traffic at it as you can" type of affiliate. I want to get focused and eliminate what doesn't work rather than simply spending more and more and more.
