Most of the Clickbank offers have LP that either has auto play video or Email capture page which I believe that BING doesn't approve while direct linking.

So how to get your ads for these kinds of offers on BING Ads. Thanks

If you go to the Affiliate Tools page in CB for the product, vendors often have an option to choose a landing page which doesn't have an auto play video or a popup.

The best thing to do is to create your own landing page that fully conforms to ad networks policies. Even if you can get a version of the landing page that doesn't have auto-play video or pop-ups, the vendor can change anything on that page at anytime and you will be the one held responsible for it.

All you need to do is start searching google for various cb offers with high gravity or high popularity. You are bound to find sites solely dedicated to those cb offers.

Look for sites with the product in the url,

Titles like Is such and such a scam?

        Such and such reviewed, etc...

You can also use similar web to see where offers are getting traffic from.. I wouldn't be surprised if you found a lot with 30 min of digging.
