bing - can't authorize payment method

So I decided to create a new bing ads account to redeem a coupon, since my original was too old. The problem was card1 worked on my first account, but when I tried using it for a second account i got the message "We can't authorize the payment method. Please make sure the information is correct, or use another payment method"

So I decided to use card2 and it worked. I then created a 3rd account and tried to use card2 and I got the same message, it's like bing is trying to stop me from using the same card on multiple accounts, even though I've done this before. Is there anything I can do to bypass this message, or redeem coupons a different way? I can't use paypal cause It's only for the US

    Bing doesn't want you defrauding them by opening new accounts in order to use coupons. So if you open new accounts to use coupons (like you said) and it's obvious you already have an account because you are using the same card, you can expect them not to allow this. You can also expect all your accounts to eventually get banned for doing this. People who are not trying to defraud them and have legitimate reasons to have multiple accounts can do so if they abide by the rules. But you are clearly trying to steal from them so what do you expect.
