Email submittion offers through PPC

Hello,

Anyone here can send hint to the following inquiries:

1: Does it "worth" promoting CPA offers (I mean email, zip submission leads) through PPC sources (Bing, Adwords...)?! If so, then shall a landing page be useful to accomplish these leads!

    Most email submit offers don't convert on a first page submit even though the offer page says "Converts on first page submit". They require the visitor to provide more details on following pages.

    You can see on the stats that CPA networks provide, many email submits have EPC's of about $0.01 or $0.02 even though the payout is about $1.60 so not even 1 in 100 people are completing the offer.

    In short, it isn't worth it.

    It might have been worth it years ago when PPC was cheaper and email submits converted better.
