In Bing ads, sometimes it shows there has been 2 clicks for one keyword, with a CTR of 200%. So the clicks must have been from one person.

Is there a particular reason for this?

When this happens, do you tell Bing ads support? Do they provide a refund for the 2nd click?

That kind of thing happens on occasion, for multiple reasons. One could be that the same user clicked the same ad twice in quick succession, maybe due to a lag in response after the first click.

Sure you could jump through hoops to request a refund for one extra click (or a few extra clicks) and probably get your money back.

It's water under the bridge. Your time and money are much better spent elsewhere. Otherwise you could be throwing away dollars to save dimes.

its happens, deal with it and move on.

most of my campaigns I get clicks for under 30cents, so it no real drama.

Over the years I have had these sorts of drama with BING, but realistically only 2-3. No skin off my back, they are pretty good on the whole.
