What is a good PPC tracking software for 2016?

I've used CPV Lab for a couple of years now for my PPC campaigns with Adwords and Bing Ads. One thing that always bugged me was that CPV Lab always captured ALL clicks including bots and fraudulent clicks so my data was always off.
For example CPV Lab would always show 1000 clicks but my Bing Ads account would show only 100.
I've tried excluding specific IPs to a full range of them and yet there are thousands more IPs to wrestle with so this just isn't humanly doable.
I've tried going back to Prosper202 but even with the latest updates the software is way behind compared to CPV Lab. Makes no sense why you can't capture both bidded and search keywords in the same account.
The one thing Prosper202 has going for it is that it can actually block all the bots and fraudulent clicks so the data is more accurate.
