Buying PVA Facebook Accounts for Advertising

So - if you've read any of my older posts you'll know that I had my Facebook advertising account blocked - permanently - for my first ever ad, which wasn't adult or anything too scammy, just a simple mistake.

I had another account that was "aged" but unused for awhile - but now it seems like that one is off the table too because they want identity verification - and it's not under my real name.

Plan C - buy a PVA account to set up an ad from. The questions are:

Is there a recommended provider beyond what I can just find on Google?

Do I need to block/mask/hide my ip address to prevent this new account from being flagged? And if so, any recommendations on how/which company/provider to use for this? I really feel like I'm missing the boat and need to get some new targeted traffic. I'm doing adwords but it is just so expensive and keeps getting more so. Bing doesn't bring me enough traffic at any cost.

Ideas?

Have you tried using your spouse's name to set up an account? A lot of marketers have many Facebook accounts. I would however recommend using a service like IP Vanish to mask your IP address. I have 3 Facebook accounts, this wasn't done on purpose, but it will come in handy in case my main account ever gets shut down.

Just to make you feel better, I've had over 40 ads denied by Google, and at least 15 denied by Facebook. Google threatened to shut down my account, but after I spoke with an account rep, and changed a few things on my site, they let me advertise again.

It's very easy to do something which doesn't comply with their rules. I find the easiest things to sell on Facebook or Google are physical products. They are much less likely to shut you down or deny your ads.
    hope this helps

Facebook is getting more and more stingy on ads. If you buy PVA's you might run into the same problem as your other fake account where they are looking for verification. Have you thought about...
