I Need a good CPC ad network other than google adwords, I searched for many but I still find some bad reviews about some of them which makes me hesitate in trying any of them ,
I need a legit CPC ad networks that has a min. deposit of $25 max and has a GEO Targeting .. I would be very grateful for any suggestions as I really need an answer

    problem with facebook that it may not be cheap, depending on my niche, and requires high xp, and since I'm promoting CPA offers, i will get various ppc rates that might exceed $1 ppc
