AdSense with IBAN

I am moving country and want to move my AdSense payments to another bank account. It seems like the easiest method would be to open a new AdSense account, but I don't want to send my AdSense payments to this new country as the banks are not safe and the country has thrown people in jail for using AdSense or AdWords.
Does anyone know if it is possible to have payments sent to a bank in a country other than the country of the address, or an account with an IBAN?
