    Adwords allows you to set whatever daily ad spend budget you are comfortable with at the individual campaign level. You can spend as little, or as much, as you like.

    You can even create a shared daily budget limit that limits your daily ad spend across multiple campaigns.

    If you choose the manual payment option (only available in some countries), you ''fulfill'' an electronic wallet with the amount of money you want. Each time customers clicked, the money is removed from this wallet. When you wallet is empty, payments automatically stop.
    Be careful I find it's hard to be profitable with a small budget.

    Focus on Ad Position when You Can’t Match a Bid. You don’t have to be at the top of the ad results to be noticed. Having your ad displayed on top 3 positions increases the chances of getting clicked on by mistake or by immature searchers. Always keep track on the average position of your ads.

    Nothing in low budget works out good. keep that in mind first. And I think adword wont give you any outcomes for your sites.
