    Hi mortality,

The first question I have for you is what triggered your suspension initially?

As I see it you have a couple different issues, first your current practices as an advertiser are undesirable to the top tier ad platforms, you must reform your practices or you will never be able to advertise on those platforms. Second, you must correct your past mistakes, if possible. These platforms are not going to permit the same advertiser to simply open a new account to continue prohibited practices.

AdWords does not suspend accounts, they disapprove ads, suspend websites, and they ban advertisers. If your website was suspended, you simply need to correct the policy violation, and then request that your site be reviewed and have the suspension lifted if it meets compliance.

Do you even know which policy you have violated? If so, please share and maybe we can advise you on how to get it fixed.

Please note that if you have committed what AdWords considers an egregious violation of their policies they will ban you as an advertiser and you will not be permitted to run ads on their platform. You cannot simply open another account to get around this, that is what nearly every banned advertiser tries to do, they expect that and have systems in place to detect banned advertisers that are trying to circumvent detection.

One common mistake I see advertisers do is try to get around a website suspension by opening another account. That will not work, in fact it is a policy violation that will get you into even more trouble. The correct action is to fix the original violation on the existing website, or replace the suspended website with a good one.

Google never closes accounts, every account that you open is associated with you as an advertiser, even if that is not what you intended. Each attempt to avoid compliance gets permanently logged in their database and forever connected to you as an advertiser.

Many advertisers make the crucial mistake of trying to circumvent policies rather than comply, that is the quickest route to being permanently banned as an advertiser in a top tier ad network.

My account was suspended not site and my violation is very simple, i did not paid for clicks, as you know they allow you to get 50 dollar clicks and then pay, so i've got 50 dollar spent 4-5 times on different accounts and did not paid, because of that they suspended accounts and when i'm creating account i'm getting suspended again, i have checked in net cafe and from there everything was fine but i can't go in netcafe everyday, it is blakhat that i'm doing and i need to hide from them, what do you think is there any way to hide from google and microsoft?

Organic traffic is all they ask. Spend your time on organic traffic and not in the "netcafe's" an you will get paid. There are a load of ways to bring on traffic ant no cost only time. YouTube it , Franklin Hatchet, Jay. the lazy arse stoner, James Stafford will all show you how to do white hat for free.
Play by the rules and there are ways to play to your advantage.

Did you use different ad text or the same? Did you try different virtual credit card supplier? Did you use coupons and did you try to change the coupons supplier?
