Prosper202 Offer Rotation

I have been trying to figure this out for hours and the only online resource I can find is this:

which is quite old. It seems like there are enough hooks in the latest version of prosper to be able to rotate offers without having a manual rotation script.

I would like to be able to have a single landing page with an outward bound tracking link that is basically a redirector to multiple offers to test which offer performs the best.

The closest thing I thought might work was creating an Advanced Landing page, which has a Redirector option. The redirector would split among multiple campaigns. This does not seem to work though, it only ever goes to the first offer over and over again.

The other way that will work, but is a pain, is to make a new landing page per offer with the same graphic/content, but different outbound link to each campaign and use a redirector link to rotate landing pages, which are effectively the same page but each go to a different offer...

Anyone able to do this??
