Adsense banner over video?

Hi,

I want to manually place an Adsense banner over an autoplay video.

The banner will display for 5 secs before hiding itself using JS code that I wrote.

Is this against Adsense TOS?

    I don't think it is against adsense rules but they are very strict about everything I wouldn't risk it.

    Can you use a picture show us how you will do it? because I think this way you will encourage the visitor to click too much on ads. they will think that the ads are the video.

    If it's a YouTube video, it's against their rules (YouTube) as you can't do overlays with their videos.

    If you are unsure about something being allowed or not on adsense or something that brings you the income then better not risk taking a step that jeopardizes your business or source of income
