I used to be able to find it, now with their single consolidated bar the income targeting options seem to be removed -- or are they?

    Hi Sean,

Are you by chance running a Local Awareness ad campaign?

Local Awareness ads offer limited segmentation. Aside from location, the only other demographic options to target are age and gender. That can lead to irrelevant impressions for businesses in a very niche market, which is problematic since Facebook bills the ads on a cost per thousand impressions (CPM) model.

Local Awareness ads are best for Branding and Awareness campaigns promoting widely used consumer products or services that you want to target on a hyper local basis.
