Can anyone help me please? Is the "Total Cost" of a campaign is the cost that I have to pay? Thanks.

Yes correct thats the total cost. But would suggest you to look at billings option which you can find in the gear icon in the top right corner. Google does credit you some money back if you have received fraud clicks.
Also you might have some govt taxes which dont add upto the actual clicks costs. These local govt taxes you can see them in your invoice of how much you are really paying.

Nope! Your govt. taxes will add up. You have to check with billing tab. I usually charge my clients on deposits, not on spending seen on campaign tab.

With Adwords, you just need to pay for the total clicks you received.

    All the best,

Folks, the ad I was talking in here is a video ad campaign, apparently, it is different than other types of campaigns. The billing transaction is different than the "Cost". Read others have same problems.
