Separate or same campaing per device?

Hi !

My question is related to campaigns structure. As regards optimization, it is better to have only one campaing aiming to all devices (especially pc and mobile), and play with bid adjustments and offers, or rather have two separate campaings for each device?

This is the first time i'm doing this for a client and now I have them separated in two campaings. However, before doing so, the share of clicks between the most clicked devices (pc and mobile) was around 50-50%.

Same keywords and ad groups, and they I modify them according to results, searched terms, performance, etc.

What's your experience on this?

    You can target mobile, tablet and regular computers in the same campaign and adjust bids based on results. Before it was a lot more difficult but now Google made it simple to monitor results on device level and make changes.

    Unless you call only campaigns, where your only option is to target mobile devices I would target all devices in one campaign.
