Bings ads worth ! to invest

hi guys im new in CPA. i have been finding some good methods to promote my CPA offers but all i get is 20-30 clicks per day without any leads or earning(i have a adworkmedia account). i did some research on it and find out bing ads are good many people earning with this method.all i want to know is.
1) is bing ads still working with CPA
2) which network is good for bings ads or CPA
3) how you promote CPA offers for best result
4) how much investment i need to make to get good earning
5) anything else you may want to suggest me :}

    Nope! Bing ads and Google adwords, both work on CPC, no CPA. They allow you to update CPA goals so they adjust delivery according through programmatic data analysis. But you will be charged for clicks, not acquisition.

    CPC = Cost Per Click
    CPA = Cost Per Action

    CPC is not a network. It is the cost you incurred per click.

    CPA is the cost incurred for every action taken, eg. getting leads.

    Start with Peerfly and Maxbounty, they are good for beginners to try out.

    I would not suggest using Bing at this time. Their advertising system is hard to manage, it's more complicated than GG Adwords. And it's not flexibility to add some features such as negative keywords....

    So with a tiny budget, I suggest you focus only on 2 main platforms: Facebook Ads and GG Adwords. With Facebook, you can create your own Fanpage first in order to run Ads, try to focus closely to your campaign and your products, targeted audience only (use Post engagement and Fan like). Using GG Adwords to drive traffic to your website by potential keywords that user are searching most.
    The reason that I suggest using 2 platform are that they have the features to target detail on country, gender, platform, interest,...and many thing others.

    Hi,
    Basically Bing/Google or any other ads platform do not allow CPA bidding, buy a person can manually calculate CPA cost after they bid CPC/CPM/CPV basis.
    whether Google Adwords or Bing Ads are very useful to get leads or business ROI.
    You can run ads to generate leads.
