Facebook Traffic and Adsense guidelines

So I own a content based website which holds quite a bit of quality content that is monetized purely through adsense -

Prior to getting approved for adsense I was using a lot of Facebook CPC ads to drive traffic (getting .01-.02 CPC rates from non india/china traffic) but this clause in the adsense TOS worries me -
"To ensure a positive experience for Internet users and Google advertisers, sites displaying Google ads may not:

Use third-party services that generate clicks or impressions such as paid-to-click, paid-to-surf, autosurf and click-exchange programs."

Can anyone (only 100% sure) confirm for me the specifics on this? Can I use facebook CPC traffic to drive to a landing page that doesn't have any ads? Does adsense know exactly where ALL of my traffic is coming from, or just traffic which is leading to ad impressions/clicks? Or does google expect you to play adsense purely through SEO/social media shares? Also if I were caught doing this would it be an immediate account termination or do they use a strike program? I'm currently on great standards with them.

Thank you
