Could pay per click help me get a real estate commission?

In my asking people of what they would pay for, and just generally getting a feel for the market, I came across a guy who flips houses. He said that he'd give me $5,000 for every house that I sent to him, that he actually ended up buying. Is there a way to use google ads, or facebook ads, to achieve this goal? Maybe an ad that says "Looking to sell your house? I'll buy it." Or something to that effect.

Am I even asking the right question? Do yall see any way that I could use spending money on ads, to earn that $5,000 commission? If not, how would you go about it?

    I'm sure you can find keywords that target people selling houses, write nice compelling ad and create proper website (not 1 page garbage) and you can try
