How I make a CB squeeze page with Bing?

Want to test ppc a bit so I'm starting with Bing but I also want to collect Emails but I read they are quite strict with url so is there a way to do that without getting stopped by them?

Sorry for the shitty grammar in the title, only slept 3 hours, been reading and researching all night again.


I mailed Bing but they got me confused.

According to them I can't make a landing page where visitors have to click anything to get redirected.

'Please look for URL mismatch. However, if the first landing page has a content on it and once the customer clicks on the available link/button which redirects them to another landing page, this would not be allowed."

But I've seen it for sure so how do those people pass that

    that usually refers to like a sandwich page, if you have a genuine squeeze page with an opt-in

    that then redirects them to another page, then thats usually fine

    so just create a squeeze page as normal, then just have it redirect to the offer

    i've been using bing for years and never had an issue
