I'm looking up paid traffic services where you pay XX and they will send real traffic to your offer, etc. Anyone have any good experiences with this type of traffic and actually see sales? any recommendations?

The only issue here is the traffic has been bribed. So they are visiting based on being monetarily compensated, versus wanting to see what you have to offer without the bribe.

As with any marketing method, as the targeting gets clearer and volume - aka marketing budget - grows, sure thing you will see sales. But I have seen a tipping point where before that marketing budget grows, most folks seem to be not too interested to hop on board and buy.

If you have money to spend, better use it on seo than buying traffic because many traffic sellers are just using bots so they won't even know what your website or blog is about moreover reshare it to other peoples.

So the people who click my ads on the Bing ads network have been incentivized?

Of course. If you care to share the many thousands I've spent refining them, I'll be glad to share my results.

You can advertise on eBay !
Since eBay is about Product selling they will show your AD in their website.Never tested any campaign with them and not sure what's the cost however chances are to get good sell since all their traffic are buyers and sellers.

Don't trust to traffic services and PPC campaigns. In worst case you will get the bots that view your site. In the best case, it will get traffic from low quality sites that you never hear about. Since you pay for clicks of just a traffic, the company will do their best to trick the users to go to your site, so they will be paid.

If you need real users, you better to go with targeting ads or ads on channels that related to your site. You will pay for impressions, that is why there is a risk. If people are not interested and are not going to your site, you are loosing your money.
