Can you tell me what I should fix with my landing page (design based)?

I think the page looks good. I think you're ready to start testing. That being said, $200 for PPC in weight loss might be tough. Hopefully you see something in return. You would probably be better off doing a bunch of posting on various forums and social media pages than going with PPC, unless you have a really good conversion rate and fairly expensive product.

A few CSS & padding issues.

Copy could be really a lot stronger.

How to lose 23 pounds in 3 weeks is better than "weight loss made easy".

Decide if you're trying to get opt ins or purchases.

Money back guarantee can be emphasised.

Install Optimizely. Probably get rid of everything except the top optin. Set up a redirect for another test. Change the CTA's.

Launch, test, micromanage the conversions to get the most from the low budget. You're in for a learning curve, but stick with it.

It's good for PPC ads because there is a lot of text.. but i suggest create also a landing page that is very simple and a very powerful headline and split test it..

The button at the bottom should do something... Maybe redirect back to the top of the page?

videos 2 and 4 need some work. The audio quality is poor and looks unprofessional(by that I mean the white noise. That's just unacceptable). A simple free tool like Audacity could improve its quality drastically.

Copy is weak. But I personally disagree with vedremo. For me "How to lose 23 pounds in 3 weeks" sets off alarm bells in my head screaming fake. The tag line is good. It looks more offical

The Copy is just boring and feels like theirs nothing to it. beyond the promise of 12-23 pounds lost in 3 weeks I really saw nothing else there.

As an example:
Your body needs its own weight-loss schedule. Create an ideal weight loss schedule that fits your needs.

Instead of that say something like:
Your Body is unique. We [help you] create the ideal weight loss schedule that fits your needs.

Is it just me or does that sound better?

Also the bottom left box clearly breaks the website layout. The word count needs to be further reduced there.

Get rid of fast results section. If you look at the customer segment most of them aren't intrested in a quick easy fix anymore. They think that system is flawed, aka its only temporary. Maybe talk about helping them develop a new lifestyle so the effects aren't temerory, but long lasting.

Also the book says "Foolproof" thats another keyword which screams scam for me.

The website design is nothing special, but it gets the job done.

People don't want to learn how to lose up to 23lbs, they want to lose up to 23lbs, for good.

I think the image would work better if the lady were to look at the spot where you want them to put in their email address.

I am assuming they're your proof... Not everyone wants to watch a video, I'd add some written proof.

Get your own 3 week effective, fast and natural program that will help you lose up to 23 lbs... Yeah, I'm saying reword to make it about what they get not what you offer... I know, splitting hairs, but it's been shown that splitting hairs, in marketing, can make people a ton of money.
