Looking for PPC Geo-Target by City or State

PPC/SEM

I'm looking for a good network that I can run some PPC ads on, geotargeted by City and/or State. Do you guys have any suggestions (besides the obvious- facebook, adwords, bing, etc etc).

Look up the local news network for where you want to advertise - Their website would be a good bet and probably pretty cheap. I have done it locally at $5 - $10 CPM
