How long until you increase the cpc?

I am on bingads and I've had a little success with direct linking to clickbank health niche offers (I don't do this to my list because most of these offers are bogus and trash).
Anyhow. I am trying to make some seed money.
I was going through penny per click 2.0 and in the program he starts out at 22 cents per click and recommend scaling up..
The problem is that I can see my price for the first page is almost always 35+ cents
Anyhow the only sale I made on a previous product with even less gravity had an average 44 cent cpc...
And that was also health niche related.

So I am really impatient. I'm bing ads how long should I wait to increase bid prices per click if i am getting no impressions and no clicks?
Follow up.. By how much should I increase?
Follow with what is a decent sales rate for a good converting clickbank product with 80+ gravity?
