How to host audio on wordpress

Hi

I have a wordpress site(paid hosting).
I wish to have an audio interveiw hosted as a free downloadable "gift"
for subscribers.
Is there a best "approach" for the plan?

Whats my best plan of attack?

Also how would i go about getting my site tested for onpage optimisation to increases conversion etc etc. Are there places to submit it for this purpose? Are there freelancers?
