Dear Stone, I would not normally jump back into marketing with Google Adwords without some direction/education and in my case some free credits I received from a 3rd party. I have run Adwords before and realized that I would need to rely on the training handed to me for starters. In setting up my campaign I went to Day 16 of "30 Days to Success" where you have kindly given us 16 ads to use in our Adwords campaign. But I immediately ran into a problem with the ad examples - Google does not permit a display URL to be different than the destination domain. That is, in all 16 examples you inserted: Display URL: TopAffiliateProgramsMakeMoney.com Destination URL: {PIPS affiliate link here} Google Adwords will not approve my ad based on the following policy: Inaccurate Display URL: Your display URL must accurately reflect the URL of your website; it must be a viable web address that is part of your ad's destination domain and include the domain extension (such as .com, .net, or .org). The domain extensions must match. For example, 'www.google.com' is not the same as 'www.google.co.uk.' Ads with display URLs that redirect to a different destination URL are not permitted. In conclusion, either there is a way around the policy I'm not aware of OR the training needs to be revised to reflect sample ads that do not contradict them. Feedback appreciated Craig |

Did you try the version of the sales page which is your-domain.com/pips.html Google keeps changing the rules - However if your display URl is your site and your destination is the pips.html redirect to the sales page it should work, but maybe not. You may need to make display and destination the same. I agree there is confusion and I will let Stone know... If you want to send a message to Stone the best way is through the helpdesk. |

Pat, please forward this to Craig. Hi Craig. Thanks for spotting this error. I use PlugInProfitSite.com in my display URL and have updated Day 16 to reflect this. Stone |
