Hi Guys,

I have read that doing your own press release is a powerful way to generate free traffic. I therefore have a question.

What constitutes a worthy press release?

In other words, what format would it need totake and what sort of content?

Anyadvice on this would be greatly appreciated as I DO NEED TRAFFIC.

This is the one I use and they have information on how to.

This one does allow an HTML link in the body and is as easy to use as a blogger.
