HI - here is the deal.

We removed the contact form that had email link because of spam - there are robots that crawl sites to harvest email addresses - (this was the little tiny envelope at the top right of the site)

There is only the opt-in form for your newsletter and once someone signs up on that they get a confirmation email. If they click the link to confirm the subscription) (double opt-in) then they will get your mail, and know how to contact you through that. The opt-in form is on the left sidebar of your site.

The return address on those emails is support@yourdomain.com (whatever your domain) - this is an email alias so they still won't know your real email address.

In the Mail Manager of your hosting account, this alias is set up to forward mail to the email address you gave us on your application.

If you want to go ahead and add a contact form other than the newsletter opt-in then that is up to you. However, you will need to learn how to do it and you may regret the spam. (I mean big time spam - hundreds)

Someone here may have some ideas for you in that regard.

Thanks Patrician,i already know they can contact me through the opt-in,which some of them have done already but i was wondering having "contact me" could be better.I now understand the strong reason you gave for removing it,I will be okay with the present status.
Thanks for your advice.

Hi,

My Plug-In Profit Site Content Update Service adds a "Contact Me" page as one of the new pages.

The email address is encrypted in a javascript so that it cannot be picked up by these email address collecting spam robots.

There is also an option of adding a photo and a personal message.

Cheers,
Suzanne
