Hello, PIPS members:

How is the new SFI VersaPoints program working for you?

When it was introduced a few short weeks ago I wasn’t real
pleased with yet another round of major changes in one of the
programs I promote heavily. However, since then, I have warmed
up to VersaPoints significantly. Here is why.

First off, I made it to Bronze Team Leader status very quickly
and easily ... something I’ve been struggling to do for more than
a year.

Also, several other PIPS members who I chum around with have
experienced similar positive results. These stats may change by
the time you read this (that’s how fast the SFI program is moving
now!) but at the moment, here’s what I know:

* GT Bulmer – Bronze Team Leader
* David Hurley – Bronze Team Leader
* Damodar Kakule – Silver Team Leader
* Tanny Lahav – GOLD Team Leader

Way to go, PIPSters! I am certain there are more who have achieved
Bronze, Silver or Gold status ... I invite you to post your achievement
in this topic thread if you have that status now, or as you achieve new
SFI status levels as time goes on.

Here is a SECOND reason why I am beginning to like the VersaPoints
program. I am a member of Jeff Casmer’s SFI/PIPS Co-op and I have
been receiving new SFI affiliates regularly over the past week. Several
of them are working on building their VersaPoints and are close to
becoming Executive Affiliates.

One in particular achieved Executive Affiliate status within his first
couple of days and has been corresponding with me for additional
training and support. That is awesome!

Do you have your own SFI success story to share with PIPS members?

you said it all.

From the very beginning I notice that this new change is going to be very good for all new SFI affiliates and I am sure that by now many of the oldies have got used to it too.

This system help the newbies make the decision and take more action. I love this system, I never imagined I will get to GTL so fast, my gaol was to keep my BTL. What a surprise.

Thanks for your comments. And congratulations Prakash and Charles on your achievement!

Charles, I'm still trying to digest it all, too. I can't wait for the August commission figures to be available to see if the new system has made any positive changes in that area for me.

Regarding your Gold Team Leader designation, I'm not sure how that works - whether or not you have to re-qualify each month. I'll have to look into it.

I also have noticed the increased growth of my SFI program. I am glad I did not close my account a little while back. The growth was so small I did not see any need to continue. The VersaPoints program changed my mind. I should reach Bronze status very soon.

Hello GT,

I know do not pass out when you see that I posted, it's been ages since I did so, but I have still been stopping in from time to time to listen to all the chatter.

Anyway under the "OLD" system I was a BTL twice and close one other time over the past two years but always fell back to EA when those in my down line realized they had to work so they just went back to Affiliates.

I still have my mixed opinions about the new system since of the 291 PSA's I have only two are EA and made it to 2500VP to qualify for co-sponsorships. In August I brought in either 11 or 12 new PSA's and to my amazement none have made it to more than 412VP except one that made it to 625VP.

In the SFI forum I see many members that say the same things that you folks here are saying that your new PSA's are taking action but I do not see it happening in my down line. Even with multiple e-mails from me one on one to them giving guidance and encouragement as well as at least two group mails weekly.

Just a quick note to help explain the sudden promotion to a team leader rank and then just as sudden back to EA rank for many, many people this month(I was a STL for 3.5 days), there was a glitch in the new system that gave the rank for your total points earned in August but did not stop at the maximum 2000VP from sales or purchases and the system really did not even calculate that properly either, for example I had earned just over 5100VP but 4500VP was from sales/purchases and it made me STL instead of GTL but in reality under the rules I should not of even rated BTL since I was actually short some 400VP that can be used to earn Team Leader.

So if people are wondering why they became a BTL, STL, GTL and even some PTL's and then all of a sudden with no warning back to EA or whatever this glitch is why. I think it may even be harder to attain the levels of Team Leader now since I do not see the newbies taking any action even in their first month were everything is free for them. And once all your one time points have been earned there are not enough ways to gain enough points to go with your 1500 or 2000 from sales/purchases without getting a minimum of ten PSA's to join and take enough action. Just my opinion.

It's good to see you posting here, and thank you so much for the thorough and insightful comment about the new SFI VersaPoints system. You have covered the potential concerns quite well.

I hear you about the challenge of getting PSAs to respond to messages! Several of my recent PSAs have been responding, but prior to that, for the past two years, it was rare to get an affiliate to respond.

I think, for me, the difference now is how I approach them. I've been trying to keep my correspondence less technical and more friendly and just point them to specific pages in the SFI Affiliate Center.

Also, I really focus on the TripleClicks store, how it works and how it benefits the affiliate. We'll see how it all develops.

SFI is located in Nebraska. I live in Nebraska, so I love SFI! The VersaPoints system has brought some very good excitement to SFI. At my age I need all the excitement I can get.

For me I am interested to see how this will change everyone's income. I have seen SFI make many changes in the past, so how it effects our income is what I want to see this month.

All I can do for excitement is look at pictures of SFI Headquarters on the Internet!
