Hi Guys, I can't sign in to my account at Get Response using my assigned password from pips. I admit, it's been awhile since the last time I signed in but it's definitely the correct information. Just wondering if something has changed because I tried to subscribe using the form on my site and it allowed me to subscribe but then I didn't receive the email from the pre-written pips newsletter, nor the double opt in, which I'm pretty sure that's how it was set up. (it used to work cuz I checked it when I first got my site last year) I hate to admit this, but I just now realized the free version by pips only allows 10 subscribers, is this in fact true? If so, would that have anything to do with it? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

HI Mirza As far as logging in, the new deal with 10 only free subscribers would not be relevant. As for not receiving anything when subscribing, that would happen if you have over 10 confirmed and unconfirmed subscribers total -- except you should receive an error message with that. Please refer to the 30 Days to Success training 'Getting to know your autoresponder' and verify you are using the right username and password. If you try again and it still does not work, you will need to try to retrieve your password from the sign in screen. (remember this is case-sensitive) Barring that helping, you will need to email them at gr-support(at)cs.implix.com Good luck! |
