Opt-in question....

Greetings All.

I just had my very first opt-in 3 days ago and the GetResponse autoresponder reports a referrer code which traces back to the 3 free e-books ( Dotcomology, Adwords, SEO) opt-in page i set up with my free TrafficSwarm account.
My query is:
Will this prospect that signed be automatically in my autoresponders mailing list that Stone set up for us.
Will this opt-in prospect receive follow up sales e-mails from the autoresponder.
I ask cause the prospect was not generated thru my PIPS sales page opt-in but from the free e-books PIPS SiteHelp custom opt-in page.

Hi SW,

I would say yes. I'm assuming that opt-in page has your GetResponse opt-in form code that's connected to the account that contains those emails Stone set up for you. So if that is true, then yes, the subscriber will be getting those emails.

One way to tell is to log into your GetResponse account and view the subscriber list for that campaign. The subscriber should be there.

Thanks for the quick response, you are correct, the opt-in is now a subscriber
according to GetResponse. My very first one

Now i need more opt-ins.
Also digging back here when PIP SiteHelp set up the opt-in page he indicates
that the 3 free e-books are branded with my PIPS affiliate code. This is all good. Appreciate it.

The Opt-in page works! Free traffic from TrafficSwarm.
My second confirmed subscriber today!
I guess if you give away 3 free e-books it's perceived as value added.
One is none and two is one.
OK back to backlinking, just got Angela's packet today.
