Hi Chunky,

You can get good results by placing your ad in larger cities, like SFbay area. You could probably post in any relevant category, like business. I have gotten good results in the past, but stopped using craigslist because they deemed my ads for Plug-in Profit Site to be spam-like. It wasn't worth it in the end, but times may have changed! Good luck!

I would advise not doing it. Craigslist is cracking down hard. Most likely your ad will get flagged if it has anything to do with business. There are ways of doing, but it requires some different ways...

I've never tried Craigs List but some I know have great success with it.

Here is a site with some good tips.

I would never suggest not doing something because it is hard, instead I would suggest finding as much material as you can and study it til you know it well. My understanding is Craigslist can make you a lot of money or you can be banned the first day if not done right.

Good Luck
Stephen

If you advertise in the small biz ads, do not place the same ad in a different place within 48 hours then you should be okay.
