Hi Guys, Hi have a list of over 4000 people who have bought from me online, These guys have purchased many different items, im talking about online shopping. Some have purchased many times over whilst others just once. I have the email addresses and also Home Address for delivery etc. I have never sent a single email to them in terms of marketing/offers or anything. The way this system is set up is....they purchase online and i deliver its as simple as that. I never had any conversation at all with any of them. Does anyone have any ideas with regard to marketing to these people ie via email and building relationships and making special offers etc. Internet marketing is fairly new to me Many Thanks In advance ChunkyNuts |

What did they buy, and especially what did the repeat buyers purchase. If they are items that can be placed in a Niche then market the same Niche products to them. You can go to clickbank.com and find Niche products or to cj.com and find name brand products. Become a clickbank and/or CJ affiliate and promote products that are in the same category as what they have purchased in the past. You lucky in that you already have an idea what they are interested in. Just don't send them a bunch of stuff outside of their interest. In other words don't send them a bunch of "Home Business" information if they haven't asked for it. I wouldn't even have an add outside of their Niche for the first few emails. Basic marketing, find what people need and give them what they have to have. Stephen |

There is nothing wrong with sending them other offers during the week or during the month. As Steve said, you can go to Clickbank and look for good offers that are in your niche. If they are WORK AT HOME leads, you can offer them any offers that you will find through Clickbank. Many people go and buy SURVEYS type products that you can sell. I have been offering my own SURVEYS page to my email subscribers with good success. Hope this helps. Tal |

Here is an idea for you. If you had success with those products create your own website with the same affiliate products. Providing the program you had that got the sales or similar programs use affiliates. Your own website can also cross promote other products such as PIPs, weight loss, etc by using both banner ads and content ads in the side bars. Sell your main product up front and provide options for different avenues of income. You never know what is going on behind the scenes and people today need extra money. So sell your widgets and throw in PIPs on the side bar. Those who are the most creative with their advertising are the ones who mak the most money, except for the Guru's of course. Hahaha If you give thought to cross selling I'm sure there are those, including myself, who would be glad to help.

Okay, Am I safe with assuming that these people on your list never Opted-IN to that list? In other words, did you simply get their email from their order information and have it stashed into an Excel spreadsheet somewhere? If so, then you shouldn't really begin marketing to them at all until you can transfer them to some sort of double opt-in list system such as Aweber. If you try, you'll just get hit with a multitude of spam complaints. If you need to move them to a true list management system, you'll need to contact them and offer them some sort of 'tease' to get them to sign-up - such as a free ebook or video course. Is this your situation? Regards, --JR Rich

Hi Guys, Yes this is the case, these people have not joined an opt in list or anything, they have just simply purchased from me. I have noticed something interesting just looking though. I have quite afew that have purchased more than 10 times ! I need to come up with something fast i really do think that this could be worked on to generate a good list to make an offer to and/or a subscription mail or website they are there already buying from. Thanks Chunkynuts |
